Newly released tranche of the Jeffrey Epstein files have again brought renewed scrutiny to Jeffrey Epstein’s previous friends and associates particularly to President Donald Trump. In previously released files, Donald Trump was accused of raping underaged girls.
The newly released documents are part of a broader tranche of previously sealed records with many of the documents linked to litigation involving Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell.
Trump’s name appears in the files primarily in relation to social interactions with Epstein during the period when the two were known to frequent the same elite social venues in Florida and New York. The documents reference testimony from witnesses describing encounters at Epstein’s residences and at events attended by prominent businessmen and political figures.

Earlier this week, Attorney-General Pam Bondi has been subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee over her handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files especially about the redaction and withholding of many files.
