Zero Sei Futsal delivered a commanding performance to defeat Swieqi Futsal 4โ1 and claim the Enemed Trophy.
Zero Sei controlled possession for much of the match, asserting their dominance from the early stages with patient build-up play and constant attacking pressure. Swieqi remained disciplined in defence and stayed organised, particularly during long spells without the ball.
The breakthrough came just before half-time when Honorio Carneiro opened the scoring. Shortly after, Cassia doubled the lead with a well-taken free kick.
Swieqi briefly threatened a comeback when Paula Reino found the net, giving her side hope. However, their momentum was short-lived, as defensive lapses allowed Zero Sei to strike twice more through Robles and Carneiro, sealing the result.
Following the final whistle, Nathaniel Jones presented the trophy to Zero Sei captain Espinel Bautista, capping off a deserved victory.
