The BOV Summer League 2026 resumes this week with another full programme of fixtures as teams in both the First Division and Premier Division look to strengthen their positions in the standings.
The action gets underway on Tuesday, 7 July, with three matches scheduled at the National Pool Complex in Tal-Qroqq.
The opening encounter at 6:00pm sees Ta’ Xbiex Amigos face Barracudas, with both teams eager to return to winning ways after suffering defeats in their previous outings.
Attention then turns to one of the standout clashes in the First Division as Marsaskala Fish & Fish take on Marsaxlokk MFF Ltd at 7:15pm. Both sides have impressed with their attacking displays in recent weeks, making this one of the most eagerly anticipated matches of the round.
The final fixture on Tuesday sees Exiles Welbee’s meet Valletta Peak Insurance Brokers at 8:30pm. Both teams will be looking to collect valuable points as the league campaign continues to gather momentum.
The action continues on Wednesday, 8 July, with another three fixtures.
League leaders Birลผebbuฤกa will look to extend their excellent run when they face Otters Nivea in the opening match at 6:00pm.
At 7:15pm, Sirens Build Fitness and Neptunes Best Gyms Malta go head-to-head in what promises to be an evenly contested Premier Division encounter, with both sides aiming to build on recent positive performances.
The round concludes with a heavyweight clash at 8:30pm, as reigning champions Sliema Nexawin take on San ฤ iljan MAA Daikin. The meeting between two of Malta’s traditional water polo powerhouses is expected to be one of the highlights of Match Day 7, with both clubs looking to make an early statement in the race for the Premier Division title.
With several crucial fixtures on the programme, Match Day 7 promises another exciting chapter in the BOV Summer League 2026 as the battle for honours intensifies across both divisions.
