Although it is hard to keep track of the criminal conspiracies in this country, not everything is a conspiracy and not every nuance is necessarily caused by malintent.
On the failure of the prosecution to present the Europol report to Court which claims that Chris Cardona and Keith Schembri ay have have had a hand in the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia, there is no conspiracy about this.
Interpol reports are rarely if ever presented in Court because Interpol reports are only preliminary documents of intelligence and not reports that present hard evidence. These reports are usually written and sourced from open source information and they are not meant to be constructed as part of evidence.
There is undoubtedly a massive trove of intelligence and data about Yorgen Fenech’s case and the prosecution would ideally present only the incriminating evidence to have a clear-cut case to achieve their aims.
Note that the same applies to Interpol reports.
