   You must be joking.

   “Lesley Ann Gatt was a previous customer care officer and has no qualifications or relevant experience.”

   Is this correct or are you exaggerating the point? No relevant qualifications, or no qualifications at all?

   Because if the latter, then you should stress the point. I mean, what is her experience? It can’t be customer care to chief of staff, surely! And she cannot have zero qualifications, surely!

   Perhaps provide us with more information on her CV, or what chief of staff positions required in terms of experience and qualifications, in the past.

      Dude, national security. So unless this woman was very high civil service, member of any of our security forces be that police, army or at least customs with a managerial grade and up she has no qualifications to speak of for the role.

   Customer Care has a lot of variations , depending on the customer’s preferences, Cappucino , Americano or Gin and Tonic. Who cares about the National Security Complications . MI-5 , CIA , KGB , Suldati ta l-Azzar ,….
