Home Affairs Minister doubles down on cocaine figures: mentions Żeppi l-Ħafi while forgetting Christian Borg

Anyone can make mistakes, even stupid ones. God knows how many stupid mistakes I’ve made in my life which cost me money, time and relationships. But to double down on your stupid mistake is malevolently stupid.

This is what the Home Affairs did after publicly announcing that in Malta only around 500 people consume cocaine.

He also brought up the ghost of Żeppi l-Ħafi, conveniently ignoring that the Labour government gave an amnesty to one of Malta’s largest ever cocaine dealers ever publicly recorded: Christian Borg.

Government Minister Owen Bonnici is also backing him up.

I can’t even comprehend this level of stupid and deception.
