One of the current accused kidnappers and Lilu l-King associate, Abdulmomen HM Abudagil (or simply Abdul) featured here in this article seems to enjoy the company of several interesting Maltese individuals. Apart from having his bail (€25,000) and personal guarantee (€75,000) secured by Zach Calleja, the son of Ivan Calleja, who is the owner of Convenience Store Malta, he is also seen in the the photo below with Darrell Debono, the son of Darren Debono, the fuel-smuggler.
The other man on the right is Zach Calleja.
Abdul plays football with Xgħajra Tornadoes but since being acquainted with Lilu l-King, around three years ago, his wealth soared beyond reasonable explanation, and this is because Lilu l-King has a drug-trafficking operation in Malta and needs people to help him move drugs and conduct his business.
Since then Abdul has opened a clothing shop in Tripoli in Libya in 2025 and he has been quite open and public about his new wealth accumulation as can be seen in the video below.
In the other video, with Lilu l-King in prison, the video itself features Abdul (with his moniker “DGL”).
Abdul is out on bail and is being charged of kidnapping and rape of another man along with Jordan Azzopardi. The other Lilu l-King associate being charged with them is Noureddin Amer Miloud Almahmoudi. They raped a man in a shop in San Ġwann as they threatened him and recorded their abuse. Apparently, the reason for all of this barbaric violence is that victim was in a relationship with a woman related to Abdul.
