Elon Musk has admitted of having been responsible of restricting Starling to the Ukrainian Armed Forces following the restoration of the service with the intervention of the US government.
Last week, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky trusted in Us Secretary Marco Rubio to intervene on Ukraine’s behalf. The US State Secretary had denied that the restriction came from the US government.
The Ukrainian President thanks all Americans and partners who helped them including members of Congress, Senators, the press and the President. He also thanked European partners and said that Europe will always be involved in negotiations with Russia. The Ukrainian President reiterated that they are still waiting for shipments of American missile interceptors and urged for the deliveries to take effect.
