Julia Farrugia Portelli is just one of the Labour election candidates who in 2017 received an undisclosed campaign donation from Kurt Buhagiar.

In 2017, Kurt Buhagiar was entrusted by the Labour Party to collect donations from contractors, donations which he then personally forwarded to specific Labour candidates and to the Labour Party Headquarters.
