Assad can’t go to Dubai because of a French arrest warrant against him

The butcher of Syria, Bashar al-Assad can’t go to Dubai for the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP28, due to an arrest warrant against him by French judges over war crimes he committed. French judges seem to have successfully put some breaks on the ongoing rehabilitation of Bashar al-Assad in the Arab World following his return to the Arab League.
