This is Manuel Galea, apparently a friend of Labour MEP Josianne Cutajar. Manuel Galea finished building an illegal boathouse in ?nejna Bay back in May of this year. He was served with an enforcement notice by the Planning Authority to take it down again, but since then he even kept fixing it up, painting its doors, and doing other construction work. The Malta Ranger Unit has been pressuring the authorities to take action and enforce the PA’s notice, but so far Galea has been enjoying his boathouse.
It would be interesting to learn more about this individual and why he believes he has the impunity to construct illegal buildings.
