How did Yorgen Fenech’s defence gain a copy of the Europol report?

Yesterday, continued the compilation of evidence of Daphne Caruana Galizia’s murder case, during which it transpired that Yorgen Fenech’s defense had gained a copy of a Europol report before it was presented to the court  The parte-civile lawyers supporting the Caruana Galizia family were quite surprised at this. The court expert during the compilation of evidence who was also privy to the report is Martin Bajada.

Unfortunately, given the way the law has been applied and its current state, Yorgen Fenech still has access to massive amounts of resources that he can use to bribe people and procure things he needs, which he has done already, and multiple times.
