Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court warns of criminal prosecution in the Hague against Israeli and Hamas leaders

Karim A. Khan, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court has warned that he has seen “no discernible difference” in the IDF’s behavior and warned of imminent criminal prosecution of both Israeli and Hamas leaders over their conduct in war. The prosecutor is warning that the United Nations Rome Statue has been breached by both parties. The prosecutor also expressed concerns on the imminent invasion of Rafah by the IDF where most of Gaza’s population has been seeking refuge.

Gazans are currently going through a humanitarian crisis with most of its population suffering extreme hunger as the Israeli government argues that the well-being of Gazans is not its responsibility.

Israeli political leaders and military officials leading Gaza’s invasion may very well earn a place next to Bashar al-Assad.
