Breaking: International Criminal Court issues arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

Updated: Israeli President Isaac Herzog has described the decision as outrageous.

Currently, Israel is committing a very well-documented act of ethnic cleansing in the north of Gaza.

The Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs Israel Katz said that the decision by the ICC was anti-Semitic while Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich called on Israel to implement sanctions against the Palestinian Authority to bring its collapse. The Netherlands and France have said that they will uphold the decision of the ICC.

The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and previous Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, recently fired by Premier Netanyahu.

The application of the arrest warrant against Netanyahu and Gallant was submitted for war crimes in Gaza including deliberately targeting and killing civilians and systematically starving the population.ย  The Court is accusing them of having a direct responsibility over the killing of civilians following an extensive investigation conducted by the ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan. The Court rejected the Israeli government’s challenge to application of the arrest warrants and expects Premier Netanyahu to be indicted in front of an International Court in The Hague.

The International Criminal Court has also issued an arrest warrant for the commander of al-Qassam Brigades Mohammed Diab Ibrahim Al-Masri (Deif) for perpetuating the October 7th massacre at the Supernova Festival, but the Court could not confirm whether he is dead or alive.

The decision to issue an arrest warrant for Netanyahu and Gallant for fighting a terrorist army that openly states it wants to destroy the Jewish state and which started this war with a brutal orgy of violence worthy of the Middle Ages and Nazi Germany is something that will ultimately strip the court of any shred of legitimacy.
