Airstrikes and protests continue in Gaza: Hamas purges protesters

Israel has continued its daily airstrikes and killing of civilians in Gaza with multiple airstrikes reported in Khan Younis and Gaza City. At least two children and another 18 Palestinians were killed by Israeli raids.

The killing of Palestinians in Gaza by the Israeli Defence Forces is relentless with Israel refusing to accept anything from Hamas short of total capitulation by giving up its weapons, and even releasing the hostages is not enough. Israel unilaterally broke a ceasefire deal whit Hamas and resumed its genocide of Palestinians in Gaza, which the International Criminal Court, describes as a crime against humanity.

Meanwhile, protests against Hamas continued despite a brutal purge by Hamas members on protesters after killing up to 9 Palestinians and shooting more than a dozen others shot in their legs. Hamas also accused some Palestinians it shot of stealing humanitarian aid. Hamas is currently targeting protest leaders.

Protests against Hamas have started earlier this year by Palestinians in Gaza to pressure them to hand over the hostages and end the war at once. Protests against the war in Tel Aviv also continued with Israelis holding pictures of children who were killed in Gaza.
