A list of Police promotions is to be announced soon

Today, the Minister for Home Affairs, Byron Camilleri, and Police Commissioner Angelo Gafa have approved a long list of promotions. The promotions have been triggered following the resignation of Sandro Camilleri.

Apart from the promotion of Fabian Fleri that was mentioned yesterday, there are 8 new Assistant Commissioners and around a dozen new Superintendents. There is also a new promotion of a Deputy-Commissioner, possibly replacing Ramon Mercieca.
