Svetlana Muscat: from government propagandist to Chief Operations Officer of Malta’s prison

This is Svetlana Muscat. She has spent these years of the current Labour administrations as a government propagandist with the Minister Michael Farrugia, and even had a show on ONE. They call them “communications coordinators”. Today she is Head of Strategy at the Malta Correctional Services facility in Kordin, or Malta’s prison.

She is also in an undisclosed relationship with the current CEO of the prison facility Chris Sigersma and this is also why she will be taking on the current open vacancy of Chief Operations Officer. As COO she will be supposedly filling the duties previously held by Randolph Spiteri who was sacked over corruption allegations and abuse of power.

Mata’s prison is quite strange. All its CEOs and top officials seem to resign shortly after they are appointed due to scandals and abuse of power and the tradition doesn’t seem to have ended.

PS: This just came in. Apparently, prisoners are also washing Svetlana Muscat’s car on a weekly basis.
