No military aid for Ukraine by NATO, but will write down Ukraine’s shopping list

NATO has made no military commitments for Ukraine and its press release about the conclusions of its summit in Brussels yesterday, only list the past contributions that NATO members made of their own accord. NATO has made a commitment that it will only be writing down Ukraine’s military needs and delivering them collectively to all its members.

As NATO commits to acting as a postman for Ukraine, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken’s comments suggesting that Ukraine will be part of NATO sound rather vacuous. Other reports state that NATO will be providing non-lethal aid.
