The company called “Destination Europe” is owned by Delsk Group and they are still paying Joseph Muscat

I’m still working on my investigation about Delsk Group, the Chinese organisation that used to sell Maltese passports to rich Chinese individuals. Delsk Group was brought to Malta courtesy of Mark Hyzley (George Hyzler’s son), and it established a close relationship with Joseph Muscat, even paying him and his associates.

Apparently, the company that sells Maltese passports to Chinese individuals that is called Destination Europe, is also owned by Delsk Group. The Shift once reported that Charlon Gouder and Joe Vella Bonnici are its employees, but there is much more to this story. Joseph Muscat is also currently being paid by Destination Europe, and the company is currently risking losing its bank accounts at Bank of Valletta given that they are refusing to submit their accounts.

The company in Malta is run by Gao Mao who is a close associate to Joseph Muscat and was even seen supporting and cheering Joseph Muscat at Alex Agius Saliba’s political meeting in Valletta.

I’ve been having long discussions about Delsk with my friends and to me their operation looks very straight forward. They are mainly an organisation that helps Chinese individuals move their money and assets out of China, something frowned upon by the Chinese authorities and in many cases also illegal. As of lately this kind of behavior and activity has been watched with more scrutiny than ever by the Chinese authorities as the Chinese economy tanks. I think that Delsk needs Joseph Muscat more as a front to the Chinese authorities than for local purposes. I wonder if Joseph Muscat is in some way breaking Chinese law as well.
