Who would have ever thought that George Hyzler and Joseph Muscat would end up in the same diagram? This is a work in progress and as you can notice the connections are not equal.
Destination Europe is owned by Josef Friedrich Santin who works for Delsk Group in Beijing. The other companies of Delsk in Malta, JWP Malta Ltd and Mediterranean Heart Business are owned through a link of companies which ultimately go to Delsk Group which is registered in the Cayman Islands. One of these companies in this link is Hong Kong Qian Cheng Business Co Limited which made payments to Labour Party officials today working at Destination Europe and even to Christian Borg through a bank account in Gibraltar.
Joseph Muscat’s original link with Delsk is older than his link with Destination Europe’s and the timing suggests that the introduction may have been made by George Hyzler who eventually gave up this business to his son Mark Hyzler. Joseph Muscat went on to amplify Delsk’s business in Malta at his own expense and with corrupt methods.
Still missing are details of Delsk’s Montenegro businesses which I will be working on.
Missing in the diagram is Anton Refalo who should be alongside Caqnu.
