Prosecutor Francesco Refalo is Marlene Mizzi’s nephew – wife of Ex-Judge Antonio Mizzi

More on the conflict of interests of the prosecutor who is in charge of prosecuting Joseph Muscat and his cabal over their Vitals and Steward frauds. Prosecutor Francesco Refalo, apart from being a relative of Ian Refalo and also worked in his firm, the same firm that acts as a defense lawyer to one of the accused in the case, is also the nephew of previous Labour Party MEP Marlene Mizzi.

Marlene Mizzi is married to ex-Judge Antonio Mizzi who is a Labour Party judge often used and appointed by the Labour Party whenever they need a judicial member as a prop for an inquiry or a board. Both Marlene and Antonio Mizzi have a colourful history with the Labour Party which used to be well documented on Daphne Caruana Galizia’s website.
