Edward Scicluna knew the Vitals contract was fraudulent, yet he chose not to tell us about it

Watch this video clip of Edward “I did nothing wrong” Scicluna when he was asked about the government’s contract with Vitals, which sold three public hospitals to them for €1 and handed them large capital sums to operate the hospitals on behalf of the government.

Edward Scicluna avoided questions about Vitals and refused to reply. That’s very strange and unusual for him since he used to brag endlessly about the positive financial benefits of any fraudulent move by Joseph Muscat’s government. Watch for example the other clip where he praised the supposed investment of Huawei in Malta, despite no investment having been actually made. Huawei was eventually banned in many European countries and the US for national security reasons.

On Vitals, there was no bragging at by Edward Scicluna. I wonder, why?
