Roberta Metsola gets more than 87,000 votes, more than 30% of votes cast

The President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola has garnered a record vote in the Maltese European Parliament elections getting more than 30% of the votes cast.

This is a record in Maltese history and also a record in Europe with only far-right politicians in France ahead of Roberta Metsola in relative percentage terms.

  2. The people made it clear who they want to lead them. Let?s remember that labour won the 2004 mep election but lost the general one in 2008 because of a weak leader. The PN somehow needs to find a way to have Roberta leading it at the next election
