Reuben Farrugia refused to reply to my question to him on his meeting with Yorgen Fenech in prison. Present at this meeting was the Prison’s Head of strategy, Svetlana Muscat, who has been interrogated by the police and suspended from her duties as a result.
Reuben Farrugia is a director of EasyGas, a gas distribution company. Two different sources have confirmed that he was the businessman that met Yorgen Fenech in prison.
