Wailian Group whose president and founder has been arrested in China for siphoning Chinese money out of the country, has been promoting on its website both the Malta Permanent Residency Programme, and the Malta Residency and Visa Programme. According to Wailian Group, with the MRVP you can get Maltese residency without even living in Malta, something I am hearing about for the first time in my life. It also sounds very similar to what Delsk does in Malta.
