Oliver Said’s “Integritas Endevio” dropped “Integritas” to become only “Endevio”

There’s a very odd reason why Oliver Said changed his company’s name from “Integritas Endevio” to only “Endevio”.

This is because Oliver Said had a connection with another company (or set of companies) called Integritas.

Integritas was owned by Frederick Villa before he transferred his shares to a company in the British Virgin Islands called Maple Ridge International.

Frederic Villa owned a company called Papaya that is today under an international investigation for money-laundering and breaking Russian sanctions. Fredereic Villa, a Swiss-Italian national that resided in Malta was sanctioned by the United States government for his involvement with Stratton Investment Group that sold weapons and nuclear laboratory equipment to the Russian government.

Another company registered at the British Virgin Islandsย  that has part ownership of Integritas in Malta is Masoinvest Development Ltd.

Oliver Said owns 25% Endevio along with Alexia Muscat, Neville Muscat and a Chinese national living in Malta called Bei Tang. Alexia Muscat features in both Endevio and Integritas.
