Bernard Attard: accused of organising the racket at Identity Malta is a cousin of the Maksar Brothers

The man being accused by Jason Azzopardi  of having organised a permits and Identity Cards racket at Identity Malta is Bernard Attard. He was also ther main beneficiary to this racket.

Bernard Attard owns a hostel in Balluta, Saint Julian’s and is also a first cousin to the Maksar Brothers, Adrian and Robert Agius. Adrian and Robert Agius are currently being accused of having produced the bomb that killed Daphne Caruana Galizia.

Meanwhile, I have also confirmed from a different source than Jason Azzopardi that the orgies did actually take place and both PN and Labour MPs participated. Robert Musumeci, who has an interesting history, seems to know something about these as well.
