After making some inquiries, people in the Labour Party informed me that Olaf McKay is in fact Silvio Scerri’s man. Technically, Silvio Scerri is also his employee at the public entity he runs called Xjenza Malta.
Silvio Scerri is also dating the Local Council’s Executive Secretary, Gabriella Agius and together they are trying to extract the public contract in relation to the restoration of the facade of Saint Paul’s Shipwreck Church.
Incredible Machiavellian work here by Silvio Scerri. He’s taken over a Local Council by planting his employee as mayor, sleeps with the executive secretary and if push comes to shove, he can also call someone in the Labour Party to help him.
Basically, the Labour Party is now allowing its corrupt donors to build their own little factions and empires inside the government thanks to the Party. Truly a criminal organisation. If the Labour Party actually functioned as it should be, Silvio Scerri would immediately be fired from his post with the government, however, they are currently busy defending Svetlana Muscat.
