Incoming EU High-Representative, Kaja Kallas to be named Vice-President of the EU Commission

The list of incoming EU Commissioners has been finalised with the EU Commissioner, Ursula Von Der Leyen set to officially name her cabinet soon.  Incoming EU High Representative Kaja Kallas,will be named appointed as Executive Vice-Presidents with Rafaele Fitto of Italy to be appointed Vice-President and Commissioner of the Economy.

France’s Thierry Bretton is set to take Industry and Supply-Chains, while Valdis Dombrovskis is also set to remain part of the cabinet but with a portfolio on Ukraine’s reconstruction. Slovakia’s Maros Sefcovic, is set to remain in his position as inter-European affairs. Spain’s Teresa Ribera is also set to be appointed Commissioner for Ecology and Digital Transition

Czech’s Jozef Sikela is set to be Commissioner for Enegy.
