Delsk (Destination Europe) also made payments to XNT Ltd (Exante)

As part of its many bizarre payments Delsk (Destination Europe) made in relation to Malta, there are payments to the shady crypto-exchange XNT Ltd, which was previously Exante. Its Ukrainians owners, who bought Maltese passports, were also charged by the SEC for fraud. You can read about them in this article in The Shift News.
