Doing whatever he wants in prison: uncontested

Earlier today, a report has been submitted to the Office of the Ombudsman citing serious irregularities in prison that were flagged by legal officials, yet ignored by prison officials and the related authorities.

The report states that Yorgen Fenech was allowed by the Court in October 2022 to recieve in his prison account around €14,000. Official prison lawyers wanted to contest this court permission because it was excessive and contrary to prison regulations. Prisoners also have their money accounted for.

Prison CEO Robert Brincau refused to file a legal challenge to this permission, and his successor, Chris Siegersma, did the same. The prosecutor also did not challenge this order in court.

There are also other reports that show that the authorities and prison officials were warned much in advance about Svetlana Muscat’s potentially abusive and irregular behaviour.

This is a developing story.

  1. Mr Fenech must be looking forward to his move to the female block, once refurbished, plus ample supplies of his drug of choice paid for out of the 14,000 euro, plus his own office, plus he will soon be joined by a number of friends and accomplices. One wonders what crimes will be concocted within the prison walls by the inmates with the prison officials as new found accomplices. we have gone from 2013 with regular scandals, onto monthly new scandals, onto weekly new scandals, onto daily new scandals, onto the end-game with multiple new scandals daily. I suggest this is the end-game because the careless abandon with which these scandals are concocted and conducted indicates that all of the pimps, thieves and scoundrels realise the show is coming to end and are grabbing what they can and whenever they can not merely because of the perceived impunity (actually very real) but they believe that they cannot all be imprisoned: Comino, in total, would have to be turned into a prison camp. Hold on… How about using the proposed hotel as a prison camp cum Mintoffian era bordello… Hold on… Rooms could be rented out to the International Court of Justice … Marduro… Putin… Muscat… The prison could be privatised and turned into a profit. WTF.

  2. Reference the above photo that has been used on multiple occasions. It is pornographic. Mr Camilleri, you have history! Mr Fenech dressed up as a penguin with the head of a penis coming out of his mouth, presumably having entered through his anus. Such ‘party tricks’ will probably be useful during a long prison sentence. Whatever next: Old soviet era MLP porn videos? Another potential profit centre. The local Vet should ensure that all the animals (non-human variety) are safe from such people.
