President Joe Biden has told the press earlier today, that Israel told him that the murder of Aysenur Ezgi Eygi was an “accident” and they are investigating it. Aysenur Ezgi Eygi was murdered by an Israeli Defense Forces sniper during a peaceful and unarmed protest against Jewish settlers and the IDF who are currently conducting pogroms against Palestinians in the West Bank.
Earlier this week, White House spokesperson John Kirby informed the press that President Biden hadn’t yet met with the family of Aysenut Esgi Eygi.
