I’ve just been tipped off about a planning application by Silvio Scerri in an Outside-Development-Zone in Żejtun that is being fronted by his current girlfriend, Gabriella Agius.
Gabriella Agius is the executive secretary of the Valletta local council, and is involved in the controversy over the tender for the facade restoration of Saint Paul’s Church in Valletta.
The planning application appears to be for an agricultural room that is intended to be expanded: a common pretext for building villas in agricultural land. I’m also reliably informed that the application is earmarked to be approved by the Planning Authority is soon.
I will also try and get the history of this planning application soon.
