Here is the full and unedited collective agreement between the Ministry of Education and the Malta Union of Teachers

Under this Labour government, a new practice has emerged of keeping collective agreements between the government and trade unions as secret documents. This practice is both ridiculous and highly inappropriate, especially for the many teachers and educators who deserve to see and fully understand what their union is signing on their behalf.
