Andrew Tate is currently being charged in a Romanian Court over a raft of charges that include pedophilia, human trafficking, and money-laundering. His case in the Romanian court primarily involves activities he conducted in Romania, although some of the human trafficking charges are also related to the United States and the United Kingdom, of which he is a citizen.
The Romanian Judge has so far not accepted all the requests made by the Romanian prosecutor against Andrew Tate and his brother, and instead of being jailed, he enjoys some limited freedom under house arrest in house compound in Bucharest. With his freedom, he is currently renewing his “educational” business and already is making significant revenues thanks to his fans.
However, Andrew Tate’s legal woes don’t end in Romania. After his trial in Romania is concluded, Andrew Tate faces an extradition request to the UK where he is wanted for tax fraud and tax evasion, and this request has already been accepted by a Romanian court. Yet, that’s not even the end of the road. Andrew Tate lived his life as a full-time criminal committing financial crime in extensively in most of his enterprises and business activities.
Given his public persona and his repeated admissions of his own crimes, which he bragged about to win the admiration of his fans, it is highly unlikely that Andrew Tate will ever find peace with the many authorities and jurisdictions where he committed his offenses. In Romania, he not only bragged about how the authorities supposedly let him run his criminal empire because they are less “woke” and more “traditional” regarding women, but he also insulted the prosecutor and police by accusing them of being corrupt. This ensured that the Romanian prosecutors and police would make it a point to charge him to the full extent of the law, without compromising their public image as enforcers of justice. I suppose that he is wrong and that it’s in fact the Romanian mafia that has become more woke, and not the authorities, given that the case of Andrew Tate would have been impossible in a small mafia-run town in Sicily where the traditional values of murder and omertร were truly upheld.
There is also much that Andrew Tate has yet to be investigated for, particularly regarding public evidence of his crimes. Many of these involve the world of cryptocurrency and outright scams.
- Andrew Tate’s connection to numuspro.com scam in Norway. Andrew Tate was one of the founders of numuspro.com, a crypto exchange website registered under a company in Norway that closed down and confiscated the deposits of its clients.
- Andrew Tate’s connection to Bulgarian crypto criminals. He mentioned his connection to them various times to his paid subscribers in “The War Room” and even advised his subscribers to buy a pump and dump coin launched by these Bulgarian criminals on one of their exchanges. The exchanges currently listing this coin are Gate.io (Cayman Islands) and Latoken (Russia). It was also listed on a South Korean exchanged called Bithumb.
- He also promoted other pump and dump scams.
- He was also allegedly involved in other pump and dump scams himself such as $SLUTS is currently promoting his own coin $DADDY. His crypto-token scams may also get him in trouble in Romania.
- Andrew Tate sold scammy and fraudulent “forex” products to his fans.
- Andrew Tate’s alleged crypto scam in Germany.
- Andrew Tate’s lottery scams.
- The Planet T scam.
At the top of this list is his serial money laundering, which he carried out through his so-called “educational products”. A lot of this activity is also on-chain.
Andrew Tate’s biggest weakness is that he sought public validation (his fans) for his criminal activities, something not altogether unusual in the criminal world, but still not very common. He profited from this public validation by selling his course and using himself as an example of what his “knowledge” could help others achieve. Now, it is all coming back to haunt him.
