As daylight saving time comes to an end, we’re set to gain an extra hour of sleep tonight! At 2:00 a.m., clocks will “fall back” by one hour, officially marking the end of summer time and the return to standard time.
Remember to turn your clocks back before you go to bed, and enjoy the brighter mornings that come with the time change. While most smartphones and digital devices will adjust automatically, wall clocks, ovens, and other manual timepieces will need a quick update.
This time shift is also a great reminder to check smoke detectors and replace batteries as we head into the winter months.
Stay safe and enjoy the extra hour, everyone!
