Bernie Sanders shared a video on his social media pages explaining his support for Vice President Kamala Harris in the upcoming presidential elections, specifically addressing her administration’s policy on Gaza. The United States had previously supplied Israel with a range of offensive weapons that were used in Gaza; however, many of these provisions were halted following Israel’s extensive war crimes in Gaza.
Vice President Kamala Harris, who admitted to using U.S. military aid to Israel as leverage for addressing Palestinian humanitarian issues, declined to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu during his visits to the United States. Meanwhile, Donald Trump has promised Netanyahu his full support for his genocidal policies.
Bernie Sanders also cited women’s rights and climate change as reasons for voting for Kamala Harris.
