Yesterday I’ve reached out to a non-governmental state source in the justice system. The source is high-ranking and and is involved in the justice system. I’ve taken comments from this source to discuss with them my story about Arthur Azzopardi’s relationship with a sitting Magistrate. For obvious reasons, the source can not be identified and this is what they told me:
“I don’t understand how no one told you about this before. We all know about it and we think it is improper. Impropriety galore. I, like you have high standards and expectations of the justice system but our country has normalised the unethical and low standards.”
