In his Christmas message, Opposition Leader Bernard Grech appealed for society to uphold the dignity of every human being, urging the start of building a community which would value everyone alike.
The leader of the Nationalist Party, paid tribute to all those who give their time in service to others, saying that they make society a more caring one. In a message of hope during what he termed as a time of peace, Grech insisted that the sufferings of many need to be denounced. He made reference to the homeless, victims of discrimination, and migrants as some of the ills that need to be tackled.
He concluded by sending his warm Christmas greetings on behalf of his wife AnneMarie, their children, and the Nationalist Party.
