Recent political polls show that the green party is surging in votes in Gozo taking 5.8% share of the vote. The Nationalist Party seems to have regained its majority in Gozo with a 47.4% share of the vote and Labour trailing behind with 41.7% of the vote.
This is great news for the the Green Party and its leader whit an emerging political opportunity becoming more available for them to elect a candidate in Parliament from the Gozitan district.
ADPD are holding regular press conferences on various issues while its leader, Sandra Gauci, a local councilor for Saint Paul’s Bay is regularly making house visits and attending social events. The polls indicate that their hard work to recover from their losses in the European Parliament election is paying off.
