Stefan Caruana would obviously be a better choice for PN Secretary-General than a fossil from the Gonzi era

The news that Charles Bonnello, a fossil from the Gonzi-era, is contesting for the post of Secretary-General of the Nationalist Party is rather shocking. Someone within PN seems hell-bent on watching the Nationalist Party to keep losing.

Stefan Caruana, whom I somehow associate with Mark-Anthony Sammut, perhaps due to their similar age, would undoubtedly be a strong choice if the Nationalist Party aims to renew itself and become more relevant.

At this rate, we might see Lawrence Gonzi contesting with the Nationalist Party once again: forward into the future by returning to the past.

    You associate them rather than because they are similar in age…i guess there’s a nearly ten age difference… They both hail from the same village worked together in different voluntary organisations and we’re in the local council at the same time. Both men of a certain substance. A pity if they are not given space
