A 28-year-old Indian man is in danger of losing his life after falling from a height of approximately three stories at a hotel in Triq ir-Ramel, St. Paul’s Bay, at around 7:30 pm yesterday evening.
Preliminary investigations by the police suggest that the man, who was residing at the same hotel, suffered injuries as a result of the fall.
A medical team was dispatched to the scene, and the victim was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance, where he was later certified to have sustained serious injuries and is in a critical condition.
Magistrate Philip Galea Farrugia has been informed of the case and has launched an inquiry.
Meanwhile, police investigations are still ongoing.
