Harmony Jets, the private charter company which has been found to have been transporting Irish mercenaries to Libya by a UNSC report, effectively breaking sanctions on Libya, has sent a right of reply. I am reproducing their right of reply in full below. However, I am also reproducing a part of the report which is relevant to their right of reply.

- No Formal Request for Clarification: To date, Harmony Jets has not received any formal
request from you before publication to clarify our position on the matter. - Passenger Activities Not Disclosed to the Operator: As a private-charter service, our responsibility is to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and security protocols. The professional activities of passengers are not within our scope of verification unless officially declared. In this case, no such disclosure was made to us.
- No Request for Equipment Transport: Harmony Jets has never been requested to transport military or sanctioned equipment during the referred flights. Any claims suggesting otherwise are not supported by verifiable evidence from our operations.
- Compliance with European Airport and Customs Standards: All our flights have been conducted from major European airports, which adhere to strict security screening and customs control measures. No concerns or irregularities were flagged by these authorities regarding the flights in question.
- Lack of Identifiable Open-Source References: The open-source information cited in the report does not appear to be clearly identified, making it difficult to verify the credibility of the claims made. Moreover, no evidence has been presented to demonstrate any deliberate attempt to engage in unlawful activities. Harmony Jets remains committed to full compliance with international regulations and transparency in our operations.
