The entity among the authorities which remains the least compromised by politicians is probably the FIAU, and I can say this because the FIAU actually launched an investigation over my extensive investigation on the Prime Minister’s history of money-laundering tricks. I revealed this in my latest book where I followed the Prime Minister’s story. They didn’t act like some self-claimed freedom fighters who sat on the issue until someone else brought it up.
I’m probably going to get them into a lot of trouble for writing this out here and so publicly, although the Prime Minister knows this already, of course (he read the book). However, it is also good that people are aware about this positive aspect of the FIAU as it’s not all doom and gloom out there.
I’m not saying that the FIAU is perfect, but given the way they responded to my story shows that there are still some good people in the system. These people need all the support they can get because they are working by themselves in a system that is meant to work against them.
