Confirmed: No admission of guilt will be provided for the Presidential Pardon

No admission of guilt will be required for the issuing of the Presidential Pardon to Malta’s top ethical hackers.

The Presidential Pardon should be ready in the coming days and week.

The government did the right thing to intervene in this manner and hopefully it will pursue its commitment to change the law and prevent this situation from repeating itself. The government should find ways to reward and support the nation’s brightest children instead of forcing them to seek opportunities elsewhere, where their knowledge and skills may be even more valued and appreciated.
