The Hollywood-based media outlet TMZ published a story detailing an incident in which Andrew Tate allegedly raped a woman while in the United States. Andrew and Tristan Tate traveled to the United States from Romania under unusual circumstances while on house arrest. Andrew Tate is now back in Romania and has denied that his release was due to US pressure on Romanian authorities
Bri Stern, Andrew Tate’s girlfriend filed a police report reporting that her partner choked her without her consent while having sex, until she fell unconscious. The incident was reported to have happened on March 11th at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles. Bri Stern gave TMZ copies of the medical reports and chats with her partner which have also been published.
Andrew and Tristan are facing charges in Romania for human trafficking and money laundering, but Andrew Tate is also facing charges for raping a minor. Andrew Tate also faces a separate investigation over rape and human trafficking in the US which was opened by Florida’s Attorney-General.
