The funeral of Chantalle Gauci, the 38-year-old mother who tragically lost her life in St Julian’s last Thursday, will be held on Tuesday, 15th April, at 9 am at the St Julian’s Parish Church.
Gauci died following a devastating accident near her home, at the corner of Birkirkara Road and Archbishop Romero Street. Initial reports indicate that her car unexpectedly rolled backward, fatally trapping her underneath. Her six-year-old daughter was inside the vehicle at the time but was not physically harmed.
Magistrate Anthony Agius Bonnici is leading an ongoing inquiry into the incident. Following the release of Gauci’s body, preparations were made for her final farewell.
The funeral service will offer friends, family, and members of the community the opportunity to pay their last respects to Chantalle, whose untimely death has left many in shock and mourning.
