2 people killed by Russian missile strikes on Kyiv: Trump says he stopped Russia from taking all of Ukraine

At least 2 people were killed and another dozen injured following a Russian ballistic missile strike against Kyiv earlier this morning. The attacks on Kyiv follow attacks on other Ukrainian cities including Mykolaiv, Chervonyy Yar and Kharkiv with several others killed and injured.

Russia has continued with its missiles and drones against Ukrainian cities, civilians and infrastructure on a constant and regular basis since the US “brokered” peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.

In comments he made at the White House yesterday, President Donald Trump said that he has stopped Russia from taking all of Ukraine.

Ukraine recently signed a mineral rights deal with the US and hopes that this deal would unlock further US arms seals.
