30 lions, 63 tigers and a bear to become regularised thanks to the government’s new legislation

The Labour government’s barbaric legislation on the regularisation and decriminalisation of the keeping of wild and exotic animals has led to the registration of up to 96 new animals that were previously illegally kept, making the total of registered wild and exotic animals to 244 and these include, 30 lions, 63 tigers, among other animals. The owners of these animals have been given an amnesty for failing to register them.

25 individuals own up to 95 of these animals.

The information was tabled in parliament following a question by Opposition MP Janice Chetcuti.

Anyone who thinks that this madness is acceptable doesn’t deserve to be taken seriously.
