Andrew and Tristan Tate to be extradited to the UK and faces charges over rape and human trafficking

Andrew and Tristan Tate have been served with charges issued by the British Crown Prosecution Service. The charges, prompted by reports filed by four women in the UK, were handed to the Tate brothers personally by the prosecutor in Bucharest, Romania and they are to be extradited to the UK.

Both brothers will be charged with rape and human trafficking’ among other charges including bodily harm and making gains from prostitution. This means that their case in Romania, which was based on similar charges, will now be suspended pending their case in the UK.

The British government had previously confirmed that Andrew Tate, who was previously charged with rape, human trafficking in Romania was to be extradited to the UK to faces charges.
